Acting as a liaison between clients and other teams or staff members within organization
Devise and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
Develop and track sales performance and milestones using appropriate tools.
Analyze sales results and troubleshoot areas by reviewing and understanding sales reports.
Provide guidance and support to sales team in implementing sales strategies effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and
initiatives.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members fostering a positive and high-performing sales culture.
Tailoring sales pitches based on customer needs and highlighting unique features and benefits of
products.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel in execution of sales campaigns.
Continuously refine and update knowledge and skills related to sales techniques, market trends and
industry best practices
Provide good and satisfactory sales and services for both inquiries and after sales services.
Follow up with customers after sales service and maintain long-term business relationship.
Other business duties as assigned must be able to actively collaborate on tasks done with teamwork
promptly.
Bachelor’s degree from the relevant university/college.
GI agent license is a bonus.
Technical, Human Relations and Conceptual skills are mandatory.

Knowledge of business planning based on market trends and customers’ needs.
Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling for sales performance.
Commercial Awareness.
Must be able to organize and work quickly on assigned tasks promptly as well as under pressure.
Must be able to do business travel if required.
Minimum 2-3 years in sales in related field.
