The Customer visits a KBZMS Metta Loyalty Program partner outlet.
2.Customer Verification Process
The customer scans the QR code on their Metta Program membership card, selects their desired discount percentage.
3.Verification by Partner
The Partner outlet verifies the customer’s membership status using the provided membership.
4.Enjoy the Benefits
Once verified, the customer enjoys their tier-specific benefits.

- Membership is valid for one year from the date of issue and is renewable upon expiration. Card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. For queries regarding membership, contact us 09 950 077 000.
